My name is Richard J. Schecher, Sr. and I am the founding Father of SG Resorts International and I have been living & loving the Dominican Republic for almost 20 years now. I built WatermarK after falling in love with the local area and all that it has to offer. I have made many friends over the years both locals and visiting tourists, many of which, return year after year after they also fell in love with WatermarK and out local way of life here in the Caribbean. I invite you to book a week with US and discover what I and so many of my friends already know about living in the Caribbean.

At WatermarK you are just steps from the white sands that are kissed by the ocean waves on a daily basis. WatermarK is considered a "Magical Place" by those who fly on Kite Beach everyday around 3pm when the winds are just right. It's what most call the "Magic Time" and it is exciting to see and experience if you have the desire to learn how to Kite Surf. At WatermarK you can sit on your own private oceanfront patio or on the Roof Top Lounge and enjoy all the magic that surrounds you while in residence or on vacation with us.

In 2019 Watermark will be offering FRACTIONAL OWNERSHIP opportunities to those who enjoy spending at least one month per year in the Caribbean and far away from the Snow and Cold of the Northeast United States.
